After taking my car here for the first time, I won’t be taking it anywhere else! Drew was super helpful and thorough with helping me understand the issues I had with my car, along with helping advise me on what I should pritoritze fixing, and what could wait. Their portal is super straightforward and helpful since they send pictures of the issues they see. Drew and the crew also stayed late to finish my car so I could have it back. 10/10 customer service!

This review is a departure from my earlier review where I expressed dissatisfaction with the services I received at the Craftsman in Chantilly, Va., under the previous management team. I decided, because of these services, to find a car care center that was a little more transparent and closer than a 55 mile commute. However, after reading my review, the new management team/manager, (Mr Edson), reached out to me. Mr Edson went above and beyond to restore my faith in Craftsman's ability to care for my vehicle as it should be. His primary concern was my satisfaction and happiness. Therefore, as long as care attention to detail is implemented during the maintenance of my vehicle, I will continue to let Craftsman service my vehicle. Thank you Craftsman and thank you Mr Edson.

This visit to Craftsman was excellent with a knowledgeable and capable staff to address a difficult repair of a broken taillight. Repair was completed to “new car” standards in a short time.
