Fast, friendly, professional service! I needed some minor repairs to pass inspection. Not only did Craftsman quickly make the repairs, they allowed me to provide parts I previously ordered (had planned to DYI it but never got it done). They fixed all the issues then I was able to pass inspection the same day. Excellent job!

Gonna start off with this: these guys deserve every bit of their 4.9 rating. Such a long story starting with a suspension noise. Took it to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, which was a mistake. If you want a laugh at my literal and figurative expense, look at my review on their page. These guys put in a metric ton of effort into cleaning up the mess that Ted Britt created. Even considering they were down a technician and my car got bumped to the next day, they had it on the lift first thing, and were so nice/apologetic that it didn't even matter. My car is all fixed, and I saved $435. Literally, apples-to-apples comparison, I paid $435 less than I would have at Ted Britt and I got to have great conversations with great people.

This is my third car I have had Craftsman work on. Their inspection they send to you prior to working on your vehicle is better than the dealer I paid for prior to purchasing my BMW I3. They get the job done in a reasonable time and I feel a great price.
