I dropped my car off over the July 4th weekend for a vehicle inspection, and what turned out to be a steering wheel column replacement. The part had to be ordered and didn't come until Wednesday. The fix didn't go through until Friday morning due to staffing shortages, so in total I waited about a full week before getting my car. Thankfully, they were able to give me a discount for the extra wait. That's good service right there, and the car drives perfectly after I got it back. The 5 stars is also for the other time my wife brought her car in. She needed a whole ton of work done on it, and they would talk you through each and every fix and give you the cost, along with their recommendations on what was most crucial/necessary over the phone. Overall, super helpful, honest, and transparent about their work and business.

Customer service at the Fairfax location is excellent. Matthew Weller was very patient, professional and explained in detail what needed to be done to my car. Although I went for a flat tire, they did not limit their service to that. I received a written report of all the other parts of the car they checked (without me asking and mostly without charging me for the extra work). I will certainly recommend Craftman Auto Care to family and friends. Thank you.

Craftsman is my go-to shop for maintenance services on my 13-year old BMW. Prices are reasonable and level of service is outstanding. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating.
