A plastic covering underneath the car my 18 year old daughter was driving came part way off while she was driving. She stopped at Craftman and asked if they could help. They reattached the covering at no charge. A big thanks to Craftman for helping out my daughter. Its good to know that such service still exists.

Good service. They took my car in to replace a broken part. Despite a backlog of cars, they were able to make the repair quickly and give my car back the same day. Very professional and helpful staff too.
