Excellent client service....

The gentleman at the from t desk was extremely polite and efficient. As for the service on the car, I can't say enough positive things about "Ray". I was most impressed with how information about my car was conveyed. In a short amount of time, Ray had pulled up the "Car Fax" to check on the car's history. After a quick diagnosis, he called and we went over the list together. I had all past receipts in front of me to confirm. There was no pressure to pay for items that were not "safety issues". I appreciated his honesty. The other reason I gave a 5 star rating is for the time Ray took to walk out with me (even though they were closing in two minutes) and show me what was causing the engine issues. Apparent shoddy work from another station. I highly recommend this station and will definitely be going back with our other cars.

Great service - fair price!

Once again the guys at Craftsman Auto Care in Fairfax came through for me. They could have charged me a lot to fix the check engine light on my Audi R8, but instead suggested that I simply change the gas cap because the gasket may have degraded and caused a leak and lead to the light coming on. Thanks again for providing honest and transparent work. We take all our vehicles here now!

This business was thorough, professional, and they were able to get my vehicle in last minute to diagnose and fix my air conditioning as well as another urgent issue with my front suspension. They provide an incredibly detailed and comprehensive report of inspection, and even lent me a vehicle while mine was in the shop. I will definitely be returning for all of my regular maintenance requirements.
