An organization reflects its leadership as demonstrated by the performance of Richard Tonetti and his staff. Both he and Mike Flanagan communicated easily about the nuances of my vehicles' respective statuses and the skill and experience was readily apparent. They have earned my respect and I likely will return for more work without hesitation.

Had a really pleasant first experience here. Went in for an oil change but knew some other work needed to be done and looked forward to seeing the inspection report that they text to you. Somewhat unexpectedly, I found out that my car needed all new tires to pass the state safety inspection and worked with their staff to help me determine what could wait on the list of other things that had to be done so I could reallocate the money needed for new tires. They took the time to price things out for me and even though I ended up using a competitor's tires because of price, they still treated me well and I plan will return to them for the rest of my "to do" list once I've recovered from the tire purchase! Really appreciate you guys! Thank you for the amazing service!

Just drove back from a short weekend road trip with the family. Got home to see a screw in the back right tire. Luckily it didn’t blow out. Called Craftsman and they took a look and reviewed. The screw wasn’t in a spot where it was fixable to patch and was 100% honest and helpful to contact the dealer to replace the tire. I was extremely thankful for the review and they wouldn't even take any small cash tip for advice and help. Would 100% come back here for any help or service. It was a pleasure to understand and get top-notch instant help with a smile and kindness.
