The Craftsman Auto Care team in McLean helped me with a thorough car inspection for ~$170. I had just purhcased a used car and wanted to get an inspection to see if there was any recommended repair work to bring up with the dealer. The staff was very friendly, they offered helpful guidance, and demonstrated that they cared about what was best for me - not necessarily what was most profitable for them.

Great service! I really like how they send photos to understand what's gone wrong inside, and how they're not pushy at all about suggested repairs!

My 2008 Acura MDX had a fuel feed hose leak. A new hose could not be located locally and was expected to take a while to get due to supply issues. Andrew was able to source a used hose from California. It arrived about a week later; however, the hose was for a 2010 MDX. But their great mechanic was able to make it work!! I highly recommend Craftsman Auto Care!

The best crew! They’re honest and work hard to fix everything which needs fixing - without the usual extra costs dealerships try and talk you into. Their inspections are always extremely detailed and cars are handled with genuine care. And service is always exceptional. Can’t thank these guys enough for all they do.

This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop! I mostly spoke with Richard and Matt on the phone, but everyone I interacted with was very kind. Richard and Matt were patient, knowledgeable, and gave me very reasonable costs of repair. I really appreciated how up front they were! This will now be my go-to auto shop. I highly recommend!
