Excellent, quick service, and good communications. I had engine trouble with my car which caused it to repeatedly stall and generate multiple error codes.They took my car in on Monday morning without a scheduled appointment, had a complete diagnostic workup and quote by noon that day. They answer their phones immediately with very transparent and good communications to keep you informed. They procured the need parts and completed the multiple repairs on the same day I authorized the work and it was ready for pick up the same day. The prices are not low, but they are fair relative to the range of the market of other shops in the local area. So far so good with the repairs.

I took my car for maintenance. The shop was very busy but Andrew made it possible to take care of my car the same day. He is extremely knowledgeable cool and collective. I have since recommended friends to go to Craftsman and I will be coming back.

I took my car for service and Andrew took good care of me. He had my rack and pinion fixed. I thought my battery was bad he checked it and said it was good. He saved me from spending extra money. I will certainly take my vehicle to craftsman auto care if ever I have future problems, once Andrew is still there. His customers relations skills are excellent
