Craftsman Auto Care - Alexandria
Craftsman Alexandria has done a lot of work for me over the years I've lived in Virginia. I've never felt overcharged or ambushed by anything or anyone, and their communication is top tier. They've taken great care of my daily driver whenever I've had an issue, and there's nobody else I'd trust with my classic truck either. Their work on the old truck has been phenomenal, and I couldn't be happier with it. A great shop with great people.

I went to their shop in Fairfax. They made a diagnosis at no cost and advised me to return after weekend to repair a leakage in the circulation. I do trust their work and advice!

The guys who work here are honest, caring, and have a fun sense of joking humor. I thought there was something wrong with my car because it was making an awful clanking noise after I ended up driving over some roadwork gravel. The guy who inspected my car for possible damage fixed the issue which turned out to just be loosened license plates that were making the loud noise. He didn't charge me and I'm thankful that was all it was and no one made up something just to get money from me. I will be returning in the future if needed. I highly recommend this auto shop for superb customer service!!!

Craftsman Auto Care - Sterling/Cascades
First time using them and they were able to install my cruise control kit into my car! I had called 7 other auto shops before Craftsman and none were able to do it - and they were able to do it AND for a low charge! Their office is clean and tidy (and orange) and they even gave me a free book! Highly recommend for a great experience
