Fantastic service: fast and friendly.

The guys who work here are honest, caring, and have a fun sense of joking humor. I thought there was something wrong with my car because it was making an awful clanking noise after I ended up driving over some roadwork gravel. The guy who inspected my car for possible damage fixed the issue which turned out to just be loosened license plates that were making the loud noise. He didn't charge me and I'm thankful that was all it was and no one made up something just to get money from me. I will be returning in the future if needed. I highly recommend this auto shop for superb customer service!!!

I highly recommend Craftsman Auto Care in Alexandria! Everyone is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and the technicians are innovative.

While driving I noticed one of my tires was losing air. I turned around and took it to Craftsman Auto Care in McLean. They were able to repair the tire (a fairly expensive Continental with the foam insert) and get me back on the road quickly. They also performed a "multi-point" inspection and provided a detailed report that included photos of what they inspected. Lots of service facilities do these "multi-point" inspections but this was the clearest report format I have seen.
