My car broke down when I was out town. The craftsman auto shop was right across the street and I had my car towed in their shop for repair. They let me know what the problem was, and after ordering the parts the next day I was on my was on back home. Thanks Craftsman Auto Care for getting me back on the road.

This organization has always been competent, and professional. It doesn't matter whether we spend $2 or $2000, the service is always top notch. They work on my Chrysler, Cadillac, and Porsche with a level of expertise that is second to none.

This was the first time bringing my Wrangler in to Craftsman Auto Care. My daughter had the vehicle at school out of state and allowed the State Inspection to lapse. Craftsman was able to get the Jeep inspected the same day. The staff was friendly and met or exceeded all of my expectations. The vehicle service was completed on-time as well.

Went for an inspection and tire balance, the inspection provides a great report of what needs to get fixed now or future. Went back for reinspection and they were going to take 5 hours to get it done... with an appointment. No thanks

Service is always as hoped- polite, professional, and polished! The team had an issue with the parts being sent in and worked to remedy the situation as best they could. I was so impressed with the approach to "find a way" and get the job done. As a customer I couldn't ask for more, when the unexpected happened on their end Craftsman found a way to get the job done and to get it done right.
