I received excellent customer service from Craftsman Auto Care. I took my vehicle in for a recommended service. On my estimate for the service they had underestimated the labor involved for the job. When paying, they charged me for the lesser estimated amount instead of actual updated amount. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Great experience at the Craftsman Auto Care in Chantilly. We were in a crunch trying to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a car and JK was able to fit us in. We didn’t have to wait long. He was very friendly and gave us great feedback and advice. Highly recommend this location.

Craftsmen Auto did a great job with replacing my tires today! Matt was helpful in making sure I had the right tires and any other issues I had. I really appreciate the time they took to go over the repairs and future maintenance I would need for my car. I feel like I get an honest and well-thought out opinion each time I go to see them. I highly recommend going to see them for any car needs.
