Always friendly and supportive service. They work to make things right when it’s generally common for cars to go wrong. They’re transparent about the diagnosis and use high quality parts. I definitely trust them for my car needs. This isn’t a criticism, but months ago after Craftsman recommended I replace my rear breaks and rotors and quoted me their price, I was able to get an almost $200 cheaper service at another local and well trusted auto repair chain, so decided to go with them. At a recent state inspection at Craftsman, I was asked why I didn’t get them replaced there, and I was honest about finding a better deal at another trusted source which also included a 3 year warranty on the breaks. I was welcomed by the Craftsman technician to let them know the next time something like this happens again with price differences, so they can try to match it.
