I made the mistake of having one of those "chain oil change facilities", service the a/c in my Ford Explorer. I paid $70 to have them tell me there is a restriction in the system, you'll need to go to a mechanic, to have it repaired. So, I was fully prepared for the "big" bill, to have some parts replaced. So, when I got the call, that the car was ready and the a/c is working great, and Craftsman told me that all they did, was exactly what I had requested to be done at the "other place", I was truly surprised. Craftsman, was fully aware of what I had been told. But said they would start from the beginning to make their own diagnosis and go from there. They could have taken advantage, but they were honest, all it need was to be evacuated and charged properly.

I feel like people who own Ferraris and lambos are probably used to this level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Me, with my used high mileage vehicles and tight budget, not so much. It was a really great experience and I will only be coming here for regular maintenance and emergency repairs in the future. From the detailed quotes, skilled and timely work, to the old fashioned customer care, this was just such a great shop. Thanks again!

Edit: I had issue with the emission test and oil change service especially with the person who served me and that was the reason I elaborated my issue here earlier but I must say the owner of this family business really cares about. He personally called me and tried to understand my situation and frustration. Richard offer his apologies and refund me to make my experience pleasant. I really wish Steve can be back at Chantilly location 🙂 and hope the new staff treat customer with respect and honor military discount.

I have been a customer of Craftsman Autocare for close to 4 years now. I have never had a poor, let alone average experience with them. From the front desk to the techs working on the shop floor they are professional, courteous, and genuinely look out for the customers best interest. The warranty they provide on their work is tremendous and I will be customer here until I move out of the area!

WOW!! I brought in my “new to me” car an older but in great condition VW Diesel with a vibration and the did a VERY complete inspection and found 2 tires were damaged They worked tirelessly with my warranty people and were able to complete the job using the warranty Chris, Andrew and the entire crew were awesome x100000000 Very highly recommend this shop Thanks for everything guys
