I have a Tesla model Y and had a punctured tire, bought a pair online and had them replaced tires for me many other places refuse to work on Teslas or install tires purchased elsewhere They were very polite and accommodating they offered me coffee and a choice of turning on tv to my own desired channel while waiting. They didn’t try to force me to buy extra services etc Will definitely come back for more services and would recommend this place.

Steve was the most helpful manager at Craftsman Auto that I have ever worked with He was knowledgeable professional and extremely customer friendly I will reconnect Craftsmen Auto in Sterling VA to all my friends and will come back for any repairs Finally an honest and professional auto shop I brought my BMW and they were very knowledgeable about this German car

Highly recommend this place. The staff there are very professional and friendly. When I drove out for work I got an alert saying that the pressure of my back left tire reached 18. So I stopped by Craftsman Auto repair, and the staff there checked the tire. It looked okay and I was in a hurry, so he blew the tire and told me if the same thing happened, we could come back and fix it. The tire pressure kept getting low so dropped my car there the next morning, they found that there was a screw in the middle and they fixed it from the inside so that I wouldn’t need to worry about it any more. I’m 100% satisfied with the service and feel really lucky to have this store around.
