We had a flat tire and came here to change it in, and then we came back again for maintenance. The overall service was pretty good, and they also offered some snacks and coffee while customers were waiting. Flat tire was like $200ish to change a tire, and maintenance was like $100ish to change oil. Not sure if this was the best price in the market, but considering the service, probably it’s a good option around this neighborhood.

Traveling from out of state, my car would not start when I stopped to refuel. After contacting Craftsman of Chantilly to find out if they could work on my vehicle I had it towed to their shop. They quickly determined that the starter motor had failed. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair and an estimated time for completion of the work. They did not disappoint. No surprises. The staff and technicians were efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business for your next auto repair.

Ray always greets me warmly. This time I said the AC was working but not blowing out the front vents. He listened and then booked me for an appointment so they could get to it in a timely manner. Turned to be hoses that were shredded by a rodent and that could be easily repaired. It didn't take too long and I left in a nice cool car. The McLean Craftsman team is great.

Just an awesome place to go. Their people always take car of your vehicle in the most appropriate way possible, and are very transparent. I trust them with my vehicle and do repairs big and small, from oil changes to complicated brake repairs. I’ve been nothing but happy with them.

My vehicle was disabled and not starting. After contacting Craftsman to see if they could service my car, I had it towed to their shop. The service writer and their technicians were great. I had a suspicion that it was the starter on the car and sure enough that is exactly what they found; bad starter motor. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair and a timeframe for completing the work and they were spot on. All in all, no surprises, everyone was prompt, and courteous. I was kept informed of the progress of the work. I frankly couldn't have asked for a better experience given the situation. Highly recommend them for your next auto repair.
