The website is well organized as well as the waiting room. When my car needs servicing, I went to Craftsman Auto Care because of the free digital inspection. The digital inspection covered everything about the health of my car. I feel safe driving my car after going to Craftsman. Thanks to friendly Steve at the counter.

Great Professional Services

I really do not take time to give a review or make comments about a service I received. If I do not like what I encounter I just do not come back. However, with regards to Craftsman Auto and both Steve and Andrew I must say they are exceptionally good. I notice they took the time to explain what my service involves and how much it will cost me. They are by far the best service advisors I have encountered in the last 30 years. They are very personable and down to earth with not only me but also with other customers I saw them work with. They make you feel like family and in this day and age that is important. Keep up the great work! Customer for life Big John

Big shout out to Mike who, after I got stranded on my with my motorcycle not too far from there shop, came out to give me a jump so I could get home! Now you possible get another battery haha
