My truck was running very roughly, check engine light came on. Andrew and Matt were super helpful. I explained the problem and that I was leaving town the next day and they said they would do their best to get my truck out in a few hours. They delivered!! About an hour after I dropped it off they called and told me what the diagnostics said as well as recommended course of action. While thorough, I never feel like Craftsman tries to oversell you on repairs and services that aren’t necessary.

Craftsman Auto Care is the best. They’ll check in with you during your visit to keep you updated on the service, and let you know how much further until the service is complete. Also, while I waited, I received a text, on my mobile, of the services provided, with pictures! and suggestions for future visits. Most importantly, as a female, I do not feel intimidated or nervous walking in there to speak with an auto professional. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is attentive with smiles and a pleasure to chat with.

Once again brought my Jeep to the techs at Chantilly and problems were diagnosed and solved quickly. A thorough review of my Jeep's condition and safety features was explained to me as they always do. Meeting Jiquon K. and asking of his experience in the automotive field was inspiring as to his depth of knowledge. I now trust them for any future work I'll need. ..........five stars!

Only place I will bring my car for work in the future. They were nice, accommodating and completely transparent. Very convenient to receive a list of recommended work (with prices!) and approve or decline each item from my phone.
