I needed some work done on the tie rod and struts, Andrew helped me with the repair, he went over and beyond to have the issues resolved and along the way he found other small issues that had to be addressed, he called and discussed those issues and the fact that they better be resolved now to prevent future costly repairs such as alignment of my four wheel drive. Andrew Long took care of all issues and was in touch with me in every step, he then test drove my car to make sure the problems are all resolved. I could not be happier with Andrew’s service and care of my vehicle. Andrew is my #1 guy to go to at Craftsman Auto with any of my car service. I gave him a 5 star. Thank you!

I had come in for a differential pinion seal replacement which is highly expensive for my car and I was originally quoted for 13 hours of labor and after shopping around, that was what all shops were giving me in the estimate. I went to pick it up and the manager told me it took half the time I was originally quoted and I was billed accordingly. By far was the best news I had gotten and can't be happier with the honesty and integrity this shop has! I had been going to the Alexandria location for 2 years ever since it was recommended to me and we moved to Leesburg yet I still drive down to the Chantilly location and this past experience is the reason I will continue to come!

Got an oil change and brake fluid with no issue. I appreciate fact that they send you a picture of any suggested maintenance they find through their checks, I’ve never seen that before. 5 stars
