The service was amazing! I really liked how they take pictures and go into details on any issues or non issues with your car. Especially for someone who may not fully understand automotive terminology. The only thing I was not fond of is that it took a little over 2 hours for an oil change. Other than that, Craftsman was great and will be coming back for my next follow up.

Showed up because my tank was leaking gas, they had it on a lift and were repairing it with 15 minutes, they explained everything clearly and did a great job, couldn't recommend this place more.

Highly recommend!!! I came out of work to a flat tire today and the tow truck got me to them right at closing time. These wonderful guys stayed late to fix my car right then and there so I could get back on the road to head home 40 miles away! They went above and beyond and their customer service is top!
