I have now brought my car to Craftsman about 3-4 times and every time I at met with the friendliest, most accomodting staff. The last time I went there I had an electrical issue they couldn't fix, but it didnt stop them from trying, in the middle of a rain storm, without charging me a dime. They are so accommodating and have never once suggested an up charge or extra repair - I feel they are as trustworthy as they come. Really exceptional company.

This is a great place that I have been using for the past 3 years. They maintain all my car records electronically. Making appointments is efficient and communication is easy and clear with the mechanic during the day. They car has always been ready when they said it would be ready, and checkout takes only about 5 minutes. Moving out of the area. I will miss this place!

I visited Craftsman Auto Alexandria for a few repairs I needed on my Acura. Kevin Coppedge has been my service technician for a few years and I always feel comfortable with the work he performs. He’s thorough, provided pictures of the repairs, and explained why they were needed. I trust Kevin with my car and will be back again. Service was great at Craftsman Auto Alexandria!

This shop is awesome! They send you a very detailed report of your vehicle and help you to make a decision of the work you want to do, based on your needs. They do not pressure you into performing unnecessary repairs. They also have the cleanest waiting area and customer restroom that I have ever seen at an auto repair shop. I will be referring all of my neighbors and local friends and family to this business! Services: Brakes, General repairs & maintenance

I will soon be driving cross country. They did a complete check up so I can make the drive with one less worry. Best of all they didn't charge me.
