By Chance! Had appointment in the area and searched Google for “car inspection near me.” By chance, Craftsman Auto Care in Sterling, VA was the recipient. They conducted a thorough overview of my SUV inside and out. Took pictures, made recommendations, and I accepted some services. Waiting area very large. Free coffee and refreshments were displayed. Great customer service! They explained and addressed all my concerns. The 5 stars is actual.

Could not have had a better experience with the guys over at the Chantilly location. We had a pre-purchase inspection done on a car from a nearby dealership and they were very careful on their review of the car. The staff seemed to really care about making sure we were getting the right car and shared their advice on the vehicle. On top of all of that, they were super friendly! If we are in the area we will be going back!

Craftsman Auto Care in McLean is my new go-to. Very competent. They don’t ‘sell’ you on services that are not needed. They beat all competitor pricing on new tires.
