Excellent service, super fast and reasonable price. If you're looking for an independent shop that are reliable and friendly, then this Craftsman location is for you. All of the workers here are patience and very straightforward. Kerrion has a lot of car knowledge and takes the time to listen to what I need and makes sure it gets done. I would highly recommend this shop.

The service department gentlemen are always kind, professional, courteous, very good at explaining issues and procedures, and all around nice guys. They are very accommodating.

I've always taken my 2004 Infiniti to the original dealer (where I bought it) for service thinking that I'd get better quality service where the technicians supposedly know my car. When my last couple of visits to the dealer were less than acceptable, I decided to try Craftsman Auto Care for my service. I've had brake work performed, suspension components replaced, oil/filter changes, a radiator coolant flush, a transmission fluid change along with multiple VA safety and emissions inspections and all of the work was performed professionally and on time. Craftsman Auto Care has become my go to service center for auto maintenance.

Went for an alignment, they did a great job

First time I took my car to the Sterling location. I had them put new tires, brakes, tuneup and oil change. I do my homework by looking at competitors prices. I think that I paid a fair price! Drove my car home and felt like I was driving a new car. I will not be taking my car again to Virginia Tire and Auto. Craftsman Auto will be my go to from now on.
