New tires(matching Tire Rack prices with very reasonable mounting and balancing rates), alignment, brake flush, oil change and new left side tie rod (found when doing the Craftsman full car review and Audi Club track inspection for Audi Club track event at Summit Point Motorsport Park) all done even though I originally only scheduled the new tires and added everything else when I showed up at the shop. Other shops would either be reluctant to accommodate, said they couldn’t fit it all in that day or said it would take whole day (and this was on the Friday right before the weekend track event, so last minute on my part). Andrew Gun (Store Manager) said “Not a problem” with a big smile and because I asked for 6 hours of work versus 2 he gave me a loaner car so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait or ask the wife to pick me up (and later drop back off) which keeps her happy too (route 28 south toward I66 can be painful)! Craftsman Auto Care, Chantilly and Andrew Gun and his team are always welcoming, do their best to accommodate, are straightforward and fair with pricing while doing their best to get your vehicle in and out of the shop.
