Came in for a motorcycle inspection, as soon as I walked in the door they already had me pull my vehicle around and into one of the bays and got started immediately. Whitey was the one who did my inspection and was super nice and easy to talk to, he got me in and out of the shop in under 10min. Definitely will come here again.

The day before driving to Florida from Virginia I picked up a nail right at the corner of the rear tire. Could not be plugged - too dangerous. The tires were brand new Continentals. I called Craftsman the morning I was to leave town to see if they could get the same tire and install it. Brandon ordered the tire at 7:15am and had me come in at 11am for the install. I was on the road that afternoon as planned. These guys went out of the way to help me even though I was a first time customer. I will definitely use these guys in the future.
