Nice shop but a little hard to find. Clean waiting room, well maintained shop area. Quick checkin and well organized front office. The inspection is great with photos of all critical areas and a good record so you can go back and monitor wear.

The guys (and Lisa) at Craftsman are absolutely fantastic!! I’m on my 2nd car with them (just bought the 2nd and picked up from their one-over to ensure it was in good shape)- they have treated me well. With a few of the bigger items from the first car, I always went and got a second opinion and on one occasion, the other shop said that they were actually really generous with the quote and they couldn’t match it (so naturally, I came back). *One thing I really appreciate is that with every diagnostic, they are thorough, with photos and always willing to talk through what’s happened and possible options. I have another friend who uses them consistently- we swear by them. I ask questions, lots of them, and they are all always so patient and willing to help however they can! *They even gave good recs for this new purchase- from a mechanics standpoint. So GREAT! Services: Electrical, Wheel alignment, Transmission, Tires, Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance, Side view mirror repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection

We were visiting from out of town and unfamiliar with the area when our car started making a new sound. The technicians took the time to thoroughly evaluate our car, answer all our questions, and make sure all was safe for the drive the home. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
