Steve and all the other folks I spoke with at craftsman in the course of my requested service were friendly, helpful, and explained the situation clearly. They were able to look up previous service records from another craftsman location. They even sent me a detailed electronic report of the work they recommended on my car. Mine needed a bunch of services and old parts but everything was done very well and now my car is good as new. I'll definitely come back next time.

Amazing. That's the best way to sum up my experience with Craftsman Auto in their Sterling location. I needed to get my brakes replaced suddenly and I was glad I reached out to them. At first I texted them from a number on their website and set up an appointment within ten minutes of texting them and telling them my issue. When I arrived at their shop I was greeted by Steve. He was with another customer so I took the time to look around their waiting room. It's very clean, spacious, various charging cables for all devices, complimentary coffee & snacks, and a book written by the owner of the business was free if you'd like to read and keep it. When I met with Steve I told him that I was texting them and he knew which care and what the issue was. He gave me an estimated timeframe of how long the diagnostics and the repair would take and he was spot on with it. He suggested other repairs that I will eventually have to make but I never felt pressured like I needed to get them done right then and there. All in all I would definitely bring my car back here for any future repairs or maintenance that needs to be done! Thank you, Steve and company!
