You can really tell that each and every employee at craftsman were carefully selected and have one main goal…to keep it real with the customer and make them happy. The team went above and beyond to help fix my car when even an oem couldn’t identify the problem because they were too busy, and even went out of their way to fight the warranty folks. Definitely earned my business and trust craftsman to fix my car and provide quality work.

My original post was negative due to the additional costs above the value of the Groupon that I used for brake service. The additional costs due to the larger brakes and rotors on my SUV were explained to me by a representative of the business, and as a result I have positively changed my customer review.
