A little pricey, but the professionalism and quality of service is unmatched. I had an emissions test and a general vehicle inspection. Little did I know that the inspection is complementary. The inspection they do is unmatched. They have an online portal with pictures for peace of mind. My outer tie rods needed to be replaced (and an alignment to go with it). They stated it would be 2-2.5hrs to complete, so I decided to stay in the waiting room (which is very comfortable). I was pleasantly surprised whenever the car was done closer to 1.5hrs. Services: Wheel alignment, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Craftsman Auto Alexandria is really wonderful. It's the only place we take our vehicles. We consistently receive great service, from the customer service to the work being done on our cars. Mason specifically is very kind and follows up promptly but everyone there is great! They quote you on cost before doing anything and I like that they explain any fixing that should be done. They actually do an overview of the vehicle and list out the status of each thing with green, yellow, or red so you know which things are good to go and what urgently should be fixed. They will continue to receive our business 🙂 Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance
