We've been Craftsman customers for years because of the honest, friendly, and well-priced service. I took my son's 2009 Element in for a digital clock adjustment. The technician spent over 30 minutes trying every conceivable solution. We found we'd need a whole new radio. He charged exactly zero dollars despite his labor. This plus all the excellent service we routinely receive is why I drive past dozens of mechanics to get to Craftsman. Service: General repairs & maintenance
