We've been Craftsman customers for years because of the honest, friendly, and well-priced service. I took my son's 2009 Element in for a digital clock adjustment. The technician spent over 30 minutes trying every conceivable solution. We found we'd need a whole new radio. He charged exactly zero dollars despite his labor. This plus all the excellent service we routinely receive is why I drive past dozens of mechanics to get to Craftsman.

Great customer service, great work and great timing. Also, the actual waiting room is clean and organized! The staff are friendly and accommodating. I like this place and highly recommend it!
