Excellent customer service and work. I originally took my vehicle to the dealership to address an oil leak. They wanted $1200+ for the service repair. Craftsman did the same repair for $460. We had some additional maintenance that was due also taken care of while the vehicle was up on the lift. The team at Craftsman was up front, honest, and did the work quickly with a 3 - year warranty. They've earned a new loyal customer, where my dealership lost one.

I have been to this location three times -- once for me wife's Pilot, once, for my Mazda, and once for my daughter's Civic. Friendly, efficient, and quality service at a fair price. I will continue taking all family vehicles here.

Great service, friendly

Found a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Ray ordered me a replacement tire while I was on the phone with him. Got an oil change and an overdue tune-up in the same visit and my Tahoe was ready in less than a day. Engine is definitely running smoother after the service. Really appreciate all of the guys at Craftsman, including Ray, Tom and Steve. Thanks Guys!

Craftsman Auto Alexandria is really wonderful. It's the only place we take our vehicles. We consistently receive great service, from the customer service to the work being done on our cars. Mason specifically is very kind and follows up promptly but everyone there is great! They quote you on cost before doing anything and I like that they explain any fixing that should be done. They actually do an overview of the vehicle and list out the status of each thing with green, yellow, or red so you know which things are good to go and what urgently should be fixed. They will continue to receive our business 🙂

My issue was a potential "dead" battery. The service tech was understanding of the problem and my desire for a quick test to determine the issue. H made it happen, getting it tested with only a short wait. The reading confirmed what I thought, and needed to locate a replacement which took a few hours to secure. I picked it up later in the day and was able to install it same day - care is back in operation so all is good! Also noted that I've been using this shop for over 3 years now for a number of vehicles and feel the entire team is professional and dedicated to top-notch service at reasonable pricing.

Fairfax craftsman staff were great very polite and helpful.. When they were busy they told me to call back and try to fit me in later on.. They not only got me in to fix the car gave me a discount.. I’ll definitely be coming back..
