I like how they take photos, very detailed, but they take forever. I came in for a simple tire rotation, made appointment, went there during off hours and still waited almost 2 hours. Also, everytime I go, they claim there is thousands of dollars worth of work to do on my car, even though I have gone to other places and they don't mention any of this.
Tom – We’ve attempted to locate your information to review this experience, but are unable to find you in our database. We did do a free tire rotation and digital health inspection on a customer’s vehicle recently, but the footage on that shows it took only an hour’s time which is the usual. We’re sure you can agree that no other shop will take the time to do a full digital inspection of your vehicle with photos and notes of repairs you may not only need right at the moment, but what will be needed in the future to ensure a long and healthy life for your vehicle - All of which may be included in the total quote of repairs. We hope we can clear up this situation and ask you to please give us a call at (703) 646-8260 to discuss this further.
