I've been with Craftsman since they took over from Kingstown Auto Care, and they have been an outstanding shop for car service and repair. My car has 92000 miles on it, and thanks to the quality of their work, it runs as well as it did when new. Not only is their work good, but their prices are reasonable... unlike dealer service, where price gouging seems to be the norm. I also appreciate the inspection report with photos, because it lets me plan when I can postpone work or get some non-routine task performed. If you want to amortize the high cost of a car over more years, in other words, keep it running for a long time, this company can make it possible. Highly recommended.

I needed to find a tire shop that could accommodate a MB Sprinter to install metal tire stem valves for a TPMS to add to our RV. Although Chantilly is a bit of a hike from Arlington, I’m glad I made the trek. Professional staff (thanks, Andrew) not only understood what I needed, he clearly explained how the work would improve the safety of the vehicle. Timely service, spotless waiting room and bathroom make this a rare vehicle care shop. I’ll be back for any tire needs.
