Craftsman Auto is extremely professional and through. I was able to use a Groupon promotion and get an online appointment in under 48hrs. The oil change and car health check took 1 hour. They uncovered several issues that I will have take care of at the next visit. Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I walked out to go to work at 5:30 only to find a large puddle under my 2002 Ford Ranger. After I looked around a bit I realized it was coolant. It was a cold morning so I drove the couple of miles to Craftsman and caught Leesa as she was opening up.she checked me in, I left the truck and went in to work. They called and said the water pump had gone out. By the end of the day it was ready with a new water pump, thermostat and radiator flush. All for a reasonable price. I was back on the road and a happy customer.
