Got far more than expected in terms of what I requested vs what I got. My front end alignment went far beyond the original pricing yet the charge didn't change. Also, I got briefed on the car's condition and safety features quite thoroughly as they always do. Their goal is to "be the best shop available with the best technicians" is easily met. I want to thank Craftsman for going far beyond the expected.

These guys were great! Came in just before closing .They were able to fix a flat tire for me in no time at all.

I dropped my car off for a lower control arm replacement, rim replacement, and oil change on a Friday afternoon and got it back Wednesday afternoon. That timeline is incredibly fast and I would have gotten it back even sooner had their warehouse not made a small mistake when sending the new rim to the shop. For this inconvenience I was given a loaner vehicle free of charge. I have never had a better experience anywhere else. All of the staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and up front with me. Always have good experiences here. Will send you pictures of any issues they find and ask permission before doing work. Will let you know if they think something needs to be done but not too pushy. Very prompt with state inspections.

First time being here for service, people here are just nice and honest

I’ve been coming to McLean Service and now Curry’s for almost 40 years. The current owners have maintained their reputation for service, efficiency and great customer care. My Highlander had failed state inspection because a Falls Church garage told me I needed a rear bulb, 4 new brake rotors and pads; estimate = $1200. Ray at Curry’s took my car, examined the brakes, changed a rear light bulb, and passed inspection. Total: $45! How often do you hear of people getting ripped off? I cannot recommend Curry’s McLean highly enough. They’re fantastic! 5 million stars.
