The guys at Mclean were a real life saver! Our tire was damaged on the start of a long trip, and we stopped in to ask if they could repair it. "No problem. It'll take about an hour." They were pretty busy, but able to take care of us as promised. All done and on the way, with fast/friendly/professional care. Really appreciate the help! Also, the waiting area is real comfortable too 🙂

I've been going to the Fairfax location for two years now before I was a customer at the Kingstowne location for 8 + years. I remember when Craftsman took over the Kingstowne location. That's how long I've been a customer. I visited the Fairfax location yesterday to get my oil changed, and car serviced. To prep for an upcoming road trip. I wasn't sure what to expect due to NYE being the next day. The team got my car in and out within the same day. My questions were answered, and the best part was a courtesy pick-up, so I didn't have to walk home and back. Lifesaver. I worked with Vincent, who was highly professional and provided updates regarding the progress of my car.
