Craftsman Auto Care - Mclean
This is my favorite repair shop I've ever been to. Ray and his team have helped me out multiple times, getting my car repaired in a timely manner, giving me rides to and from the shop, etc. I also want to say: I'm not a car guy. The Craftsman mechanics understand that and that not everybody knows the inner workings of an automobile. They take great time and care to answer every one of your questions AND, my absolute favorite part, you always get an online report of your car's maintenance stats and what was performed on your vehicle. Often includes explanations anyone can understand as well. Can't recommend this place enough!
