Great service. Delivered as promised. Nice updates on what is going on with the vehicle. One thing to mention is that the first advisor, Andrew, who took my vehicle said that email was sent with the car information, when in fact I have not received email or text. When I called, the second advisor (forgot his name) sent me the info with text, then advised me through the end of the repair. When I recieved the paper print out at check out, only the name of the first advisor was on it, however, I talked with a different person most of the time.

Drew and Mason were very friendly, informative and straight forward about what was needed for my vehicle. They were able to tell me when and how long it would take. Craftsman team was able to complete all work in a day. Drew had me back in my vehicle in less then 5 hours. Scott drove me back to my residence while my vehicle was being serviced and came back to pick me up once my vehicle was ready. Great Job. Thanks to all!!!!
