Great team at craftsman auto in Chantilly. Steve (manager) is extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. I found this auto store on Yelp from all of the great reviews and I can see why people bring their cars here. I will definitely be a return customer. The Craftsman Chantilly team did a great job diagnosing the issues with the brakes on my diesel truck used for towing. They also diagnosed and fixed the tire monitoring system which has not been working for several months. the video inspection and emailed report is a game changer for me. This allowed me to ask follow up questions and we did more work to make sure the truck was in the best condition.A big 'Thank you!!!' to Steve, Andrew and the rest of the Chantilly team! It is such a relief to know that they will offer expert advice, follow through on what work I decide to have done and they do that with a pleasant experience and a spacious clean waiting area. This is my go to shop because they're honest and helpful. The staff is always easy to work with, and I never have to worry that they're being deceptive like a lot of other shops. They help me weigh my options and never push me towards any decision. I love this shop, and I'll be taking my current, and future vehicles to them until I'm an old lady who can't drive anymore

I had to have valve extensions for a dually put on our Sprinter van. Very professionally done and quick turn-around at short notice. Excellent service!
