Great team at craftsman auto in Chantilly. Steve (manager) is extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. I found this auto store on Yelp from all of the great reviews and I can see why people bring their cars here. I will definitely be a return customer. I honestly don’t usually leave reviews, but more times than not, we are so quick to leave a bad review, that I feel it’s necessary to leave a good review when stores/people give awesome customer service.

We probably all have a negative view of car repair shops, but this one breaks the mold and is as good as possible. Personal service, timely service, good service, and service which cares about not only getting things right but doing so in a manner which satisfies the customer. In the process they go above and beyond to assure your vehicle runs as it should, like a new car. Their inspection program covers the normal, and the abnormal. They repair warranty items to assure all is well, even if the issue under warranty was not on your repair list. What a shop. If only all service people and places could mimic Craftsman!
