The Craftsman Chantilly team did a great job diagnosing the issues with the brakes on my diesel truck used for towing. They also diagnosed and fixed the tire monitoring system which has not been working for several months. the video inspection and emailed report is a game changer for me. This allowed me to ask follow up questions and we did more work to make sure the truck was in the best condition.A big 'Thank you!!!' to Steve, Andrew and the rest of the Chantilly team! It is such a relief to know that they will offer expert advice, follow through on what work I decide to have done and they do that with a pleasant experience and a spacious clean waiting area. Even the other customers were great fun!
