I came in with a leaking tire and explained that I only had a little bit of time before I needed to pick up my kid from elementary school. They took the time to put the spare on the car so I could leave quickly, allowing me to come back the next day for the patched tire. Bonus points for not judging me for the state of the trunk as they had to fight their way down to the spare… Professional, friendly, helpful— I’ll absolutely be back if I need anything else serviced.

I needed to get a slow leak fixed in one of my tires. Got an appointment for the same day and the work was completed while I waited. Excellent service with no hassle.

I visited Craftsman Auto Care for the first time this weekend. My check engine light came on so I took my car here to get inspected. All of the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They also made sure to get me the best price for all of the parts I needed. Great customer service all around!

It is impossible to find a truly honest and reliable shop to work on your vehicle, especially if you’re like me and do most of my own maintenance work but when big problems have come up and I haven’t had the time to mess with it I know I can count on these guys. The first time I came to them I needed a fluid flush and replacement all around, was done on time and professionally. I will always take a look after the fact at anything a new mechanic shop does because you can never be too careful. All fluids were clean, nothing floating in the reservoirs and noticeable difference all around. Recently I took my truck to the shop with no idea what they would find, they did a general diagnostic and gave me a call about everything wrong. We discussed the possible options of fixing the truck but we both ultimately agreed that a truck with 230k miles has had a good life and to purchase a new vehicle. I can think of 10 other shops that would have pushed the repairs in front of me and tell me that’s my only option. They suggested I sell it before I came to the suggestion because they were thinking of the customer not the large price tag on the repairs. Of course there was the diagnostic fee of $169, but I would say it was well worth it to have an expert’s honest opinion. To top it all off they stored my vehicle for 5 days and even took off my aftermarket wheels and tires threw on the stock wheels and tires that I had kept for FREE. If you’re looking for a shop that has the customer in mind, and will bend over backwards to ensure you are happy. As long as I live in the area they will be my mechanics.

Craftsman Auto care is wonderful. It's more than just repairs. It's the care. They really minimize any worry you may have and act with your interests in mind. They work hard to earn your trust, then to keep it. I've been a loyal customer for years and highly recommend them.
