Had a tire that wouldn't stay fully inflated. Took it here for repair or replacement. In just over an hour (including the full auto inspection they always do) they inspected all the tires, found the problem, (a nail - darn I-95) and repaired the tire. I had a road hazard warranty on the tires so it didn't cost me anything. I got breakfast after dropping off the car and when I got back they were just finishing up, so no waiting. I did make an appointment so that may have helped the quick turnaround. Very helpful staff!

The staff of Craftsman Auto Care in Chantilly was amazing! They were very thorough trying to find the problem, and gave me a diagnosis of the whole car complimentary because of the time it took to find my extremely tiny leak. They were very honest and were not just trying to make money. We will absolutely go back even though we don't live in Chantilly. I highly suggest Craftsman!
