They checked my tire and found a leak in the side wall that was unrepairable. They changed the tire and replaced it with my spare and did not change me anything for their service. They were fast, polite, and I would higly recommend them.

That guy Vern is hot!

While trying to mount my EZ Pass transponder, I somehow broke my rearview mirror mount. I took my VW CC to a VW dealership, but was told I would have to take it to an autoglass shop. While attempting to locate a shop, I saw Craftsman Auto Care. I stopped by and Richard remounted the mirror within 10 seconds. I then went back to the dealership and bought the other part of the mount that I needed and Richard and an assistant attached it. I was so grateful because my mirror was literally hanging from the mount by wires. And to top it off, Richard did not charge for the service!! He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Needless to say, I will never take my car back to the VW dealership in that area!!

These guys are always the best. Honest and fair mechanics and will gladly keep coming back. Today was new tires and wheel alignment and was done within the timeframe estimate and quality work. These guys aren’t pushy about recommended services and don’t mind that I do some of the stuff myself and bring it in for the jobs that I can’t handle. Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!
