Had a screw in my tire. Called and got an immediate appointment. When the car went back to the lift, they came back and said the screw didn’t puncture the tire. They tested to make sure and checked out all my other tires. Sent me on my way fifteen minutes later. No cost. This has always been my experience at Craftsman. Their staff are motivated to give you what you need and nothing you don’t. Always a nice thing when it comes to car maintenance. I’ll keep going back and you should too!
