Where is a 10 star rating - that's my rating for this shop. I requested for a once or twice a month driving problem for my very special BMW car. They waved hours of diagnostic fee and even a tow fee to a specialized transmission shop to confirm with their finding. They also personally took me home to avoid waiting time. Never in my life seeing a shop so PROFESSIONAL and CARING for every little thing and EXTREMELY HONEST. I could not allowed myself getting away for free so I offerred to pay for a towing fee and they very reluctantly accepted - NO additional cost to me overall. THANK YOU Craftman Auto Care!

I was on my way to work and I hit something. When I looked under the car, the cover protecting under the car was broken, so I came here. They were so nice and helpful. I really liked here!

Went here for my oil change for the first time and had a much better experience than I ever had going to a dealership. Drew and Mason were very helpful and kept me updated the whole time. Will definitely be coming back here for all my future car needs.

Hey guys, Craftman Auto Care at McLean is the best hands down, I've met this guys a year ago, when my car broke down just a few blocks from the shop. It was a Sunday afternoon even though the shop was closed, and they were doing some renovation, Vernon took the time to hear me out. He even shared the contact information of his hybrid specialist (Matt) who spent up to an hour on the phone trying to dignose the problem. That was even before I've towed the car to the shop. They are very efficient, fast, and cost effective. They are super duper thorough --Meaning that they do a full range inspection, just in case there's more than one thing wrong with your car you might not notice, so you would get a heads up. It's no gimmick either, they send you a digital link of your inspection with pictures and explanation, and what repair you should prioritize, I've been a regular ever since now, I can't tell you how you many times they saved my a**, . I travel from places to places to teach, I am telling you it’s a great feeling to have your car done in a few hours the same day. I've xed my prior mechanic since I‘ve met them Sorry Jeff, if you’re reading this review, I went Craftsman and I won’t go Back.

The car inspection was very thorough, and the report was very clear with photos to explain the conditions of different parts of the car, I actually never had this kind of report at other auto service center before. Richard was very helpful, explaining things very well. This center really represents great craftsmanship. I highly recommend this professional auto service center.

Excellent and honest service.

I essentially just arrived without an appointment at 7:30am and I was greeted professionally, promptly and with courtesy. I was experiencing a rattling noise under my Jeep and they were very willing to put it on the lift and give me a Virginia inspection which comprehensively answered any questions that I may have about my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. They sent me a print out to my email and text and then assisted me in triaging the most important items that needed a more immediate response. I cannot thank them enough!
