I essentially just arrived without an appointment at 7:30am and I was greeted professionally, promptly and with courtesy. I was experiencing a rattling noise under my Jeep and they were very willing to put it on the lift and give me a Virginia inspection which comprehensively answered any questions that I may have about my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. They sent me a print out to my email and text and then assisted me in triaging the most important items that needed a more immediate response. I cannot thank them enough!

I discovered earlier today one of my new car tires had a slice/cut in its sidewall and needed a new tire ASAP as I am leaving on a trip in 1 day. After Googling who handles Continental tires in McLean - Craftsman came up 1st - I decided to make a call. I also knew of another local family who had previously had service done at Craftsman of McLean and were pleased with the experience. To my pleasant surprise - Ray - was able to locate and have delivered in less than 2 hours a new tire meeting my needs. Within an hour after notification, I had my new installed tire. GREAT JOB RAY !!! Thank you.

My earlier review was meant to be a 5 of 5 Star. Great job RAY and CRAFTSMAN of McLean. As earlier posted, I was in need of a Continental tire on my new car due to a cut / slice in the sidewall. Within 2 hours, Ray had located and had on site the tire and a hour later installed on my car. Thank you RAY !!!

Wonderful service! The car inspection was very thorough, and the report was so clear with photos to explain the conditions of different parts of the car, I actually never had this kind of detailed report at other auto service center. Richard was so helpful, explaining things very well. A very honest and professional auto service center! I highly recommend!
