Fantastic crew!

My visit was for a routine oil change and checks of air pressure in tires and fluids. All seemed to go well. In addition, I asked if a piece of the passenger door handle that had broken off recently could be re-affixed. The tech. said he would try glueing it but couldn't guarantee that it would hold. I appreciate him telling me that and asked him to go ahead and glue it as best he could.

My car heater wasn't working just as the weather got cold. Tom and Ray promised they would look it over and tell me what was wrong and how they could fix it within one hour so I wouldn't have to wait endlessly. They determined it was a pretty straightforward fix, they could quickly get the parts and they'd work on the oil change while waiting. The heater was fixed, the oil change completed, and even new headlights were installed within two hours for the estimated cost. In addition to doing the work they promise to do, the people at Craftsman in McLean are really friendly and easy to talk to and they understand that time is a factor.

Everyone was kind and helpful explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. It was fixed quickly too!

Excellent and professional service

I took my truck here for a noise it was making. After having the truck and driving it extensively they were not able to reproduce the sound. With no charge they handed my keys back. They did identify a few routine maintenance items for me to consider. I had a few of those done and they were complete same day. A few weeks later I took my truck back in because it was leaking radiator fluid. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day. Overall I am very impressed with their professionalism and ability to fix what needs to be fixed without being pushy on the things that don’t.
