The team at Chantilly are extremely professional and friendly! I had an appointment to get an oil change at a different auto shop and they cancelled my appointment last minute. I called Craftsman Auto Care and they took care of me right away; I was in and out of the shop in an hour! They performed a full-health inspection of my vehicle as well and informed me that my tires were in bad shape. They ordered the tires and replaced them the next week. My car is riding smoother than ever and I’m very happy with the thorough, attentive customer service I received. I will be returning for all of my future auto-repair needs.

Craftsman Auto Care once again does it all: scheduling, accommodation, diagnosis, and excellent repair. My 2001 Chrysler Sebring Limited is back on the road in top performing condition. The windshield wiper blades are the icing on the cake.

I brought the car in for repair. They provided their diagnostivs which is gives a rundown of everything good and bad about your car. I even asked if they could install my license plate holder since my car wasnt fit for the normal frames. While they couldn't do it that day, they asked me to come in early the next day and take care of it without as part of my other services. Extremely polite, reasonable, and did fantastic work.

Dropped the vehicle off in the morning for a diagnostic. it was returned before the evening.
